MOre about amanda
I graduated from Unitec in 2006 and moved back to my hometown of Christchurch. As a new grad I took on the running of an already established Barrington Osteopathic Clinic and grew a family of three kids. While my interest at Unitec was directed at infant health my passion grew to obstetric, gynaecologic and persistent pain presentations. I thrive in the complexity and uncertainty.
When I joined the Ara Osteopathic Clinic as a clinical supervisor I enjoyed witnessing who the students were becoming rather than the mechanics of their practice. And so grew my interest in professional supervision. In 2022 I completed a post graduate certificate in professional supervision at Ara. I am excited at the prospect of opening up a new facet to my osteopathic practice.
